Hi, welcome to Home Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Activity page.
Thanks for your contributions to the wiki! Please leave links to pages that have not been created yet. One way this wiki grows is by creating those wanted pages. I hope you'll be back and contribute more. -- CocoaZen 05:35, September 1, 2011 (UTC)
- Yep, different wiki have different rules. I work on a few that are this way (keeping links to non-existant pages as a way to help get them created). However, if you see a link to a non-existent page that it wouldn't make sense to create, then you can sort of "vote" against creating that page by removing the link. And, I'm open to changing the norms on this wiki. Feel free to start a discussion in the forum, if you'd like to see how others feel. I can see where lots of links that go to pages which haven't been created yet could make the wiki look bad. I've worked mostly on wiki during their early phases, and found that it's a good way to outline future directions and pages. Maybe this wiki is mature enough now that we should start cleaning them up, but I don't feel like it's quite there yet. Recently I've been working mainly on filling in stub pages to the point that they aren't missing significant content, and we can take the stub template off them. Anyway, glad to have you here, and while we may have to work out some things, I appreciate the fresh viewpoint. This wiki doesn't have many frequent contributors yet, so you can have a significant impact, if you like. -- CocoaZen 06:15, September 1, 2011 (UTC)
Hi. Miss ya' You know you're welcome to add links from pages here to the appropriate pages on the Wiring Up wikia. For instance, from the television, DVD, personal computer, Internet connection or Wii pages to the parallel pages (and back again, if you like). I'll put a sample on the television page. -- CocoaZen 05:02, September 21, 2011 (UTC)
Happy New Year! Edit
Hi! Wishing you a happy, healthy, good 2012! Hope you'll find some time to contribute to the Home wikia again. You're missed! -- CocoaZen 19:11, January 1, 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, a new career step definitely has a higher priority than a wiki editing hobby! Good luck with that! We all have times when other life events must take priority over our hobbies. Hope it will work out well for you, and that you'll be able to find some time for this and other fun stuff. -- CocoaZen 20:17, January 1, 2012 (UTC)
