Sugar soap is a cleaning material that comes in both liquid and powder form.

Sugar soaps are mainly used to wipe clean painted walls in preparation to coat the walls with a new layer of paint or wallpaper.

In powder form, you can use just a little but you can get more out of it as it is much more manageable of how much is used.

Warning

Do not confuse sugar soap with sugar scrubs. Sugar soap should not be used to clean people or pets. (Note: There are different kinds of "sugar soaps". Some may be sugar scrubs intended for skin.)
